Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using osirisj.com ("the Site") or any services provided by OsirisJ LLC ("OsirisJ," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts & Access

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Remain responsible for activity occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.

You may not share account credentials with individuals who are not authorized to access the applicable service.

VA Service Terms

Virtual Assistant services are subject to the following additional terms:

• Billing cycle — VA services are billed according to the applicable subscription or service agreement.
• Cancellation — Cancellation is subject to the notice requirements associated with your selected service.
• VA assignment — OsirisJ may assign qualified VAs and substitute personnel when reasonably necessary.
• Service hours — VAs operate during agreed business hours unless otherwise specified.
• Confidentiality — OsirisJ personnel are expected to protect confidential client information.
• Acceptable tasks — VA services are limited to lawful business activities within the agreed scope.

Digital Products & Courses

Digital products, courses, templates, and membership resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials.
• You may not share login credentials with unauthorized users.
• You may not create competing products from OsirisJ materials.
• You may not redistribute proprietary templates or resources.

Membership access remains available for the duration of the applicable paid subscription.

Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through our designated payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charges for services you purchase.

• Pricing — Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change with reasonable notice.
• Recurring billing — Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Failed payments — Access may be suspended if required payments remain unsuccessful.
• Taxes — You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchases.
• Free trials — Trial terms are displayed at the time of enrollment.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased and the applicable offer terms.

• Digital products & courses — Refunds are subject to the refund terms displayed at purchase.
• Membership subscriptions — Cancellation does not necessarily create a refund for a partially used billing period.
• VA services — Completed services may not be refundable.
• Consulting engagements — Consulting refunds are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
• Franchise program — Franchise payments are governed by the applicable franchise documentation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OsirisJ services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of others.
• Transmit spam, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
• Harass, threaten, or harm users or OsirisJ personnel.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Interfere with the operation of our services.
• Scrape or automatically collect platform data without permission.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Intellectual Property

All OsirisJ content, including text, graphics, logos, video, audio, course materials, brand assets, and software, is owned by OsirisJ LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use applicable content for its intended purpose.

• Resell or commercially redistribute OsirisJ content.
• Reproduce or duplicate proprietary materials.
• Use automated tools to extract protected content.
• Create competing products using proprietary materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OsirisJ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, goodwill, or the cost of substitute services.

To the extent permitted by law, OsirisJ's total liability arising from these Terms or the applicable services will be limited to the amount permitted under the applicable agreement or law.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@osirisj.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled according to the applicable governing law and dispute-resolution provisions.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to OsirisJ services when reasonably necessary, including when we believe these Terms have been violated.

You may terminate your account or applicable service by following the cancellation process associated with that service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will remain in effect.
