Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using osirisj.com ("the Site") or any services provided by OsirisJ LLC ("OsirisJ," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Our Services

OsirisJ provides the following products and services:

• Digital Education Products — Online courses, membership programs, and the Starter Kit focused on entrepreneurship, AI systems, and business automation
• Virtual Assistant (VA) Services — Trained human virtual assistants for lead qualification, scheduling, outreach, and business operations
• Business Consulting — Strategy, systems, and growth consulting engagements delivered under separate agreements
• Podcast Network — The OsirisJ Podcast Network including Fire Your Boss, AI + VA System, and Decision OS
• Franchise Program — Licensed business model and operational systems for approved franchise partners
• Affiliate Program — Commission-based referral program for qualified partners

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Accounts & Access

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@osirisj.com
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single-user account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.

VA Service Terms

Virtual Assistant services are subject to the following specific terms in addition to these general Terms of Service:

• Billing cycle — VA services are billed monthly in advance on the date of your subscription start
• Cancellation policy — You may cancel your VA service subscription with 30 days' written notice to support@osirisj.com
• VA assignment — OsirisJ reserves the right to assign qualified VAs to your account and may substitute VA personnel with at least 48 hours' advance notice
• Service hours — VAs operate during agreed business hours. After-hours or emergency coverage is available under premium tiers only
• Confidentiality — All VAs are bound by confidentiality agreements. You agree not to solicit or hire OsirisJ VAs directly for a period of 12 months following termination of your subscription
• Acceptable tasks — VA services are limited to lawful business tasks. OsirisJ reserves the right to decline tasks that are illegal, unethical, or outside agreed scope

Performance disputes must be reported within 7 days of the relevant billing period. We are committed to resolving service quality issues promptly and fairly.

Digital Products & Courses

All digital products — including courses, the Starter Kit, templates, and membership resources — are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course materials or digital downloads
• Share login credentials to course platforms with individuals who have not purchased access
• Create derivative works from OsirisJ content without explicit written permission
• Use course content to create competing products or training programs

Membership access is valid for the duration of your paid subscription. Upon cancellation, access is revoked at the end of the current billing period.

Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise OsirisJ to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

• Pricing — All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change with notice
• Recurring billing — Subscription services are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Failed payments — If a payment fails, we will attempt to re-charge up to 3 times. Access may be suspended after repeated failed charges
• Taxes — You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes in your jurisdiction
• Free trial — The 7-day free trial requires no payment information and may be cancelled at any time during the trial period with no charge

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Digital products & courses — Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After 7 days or upon substantial access, all sales are final.
• Membership subscriptions — May be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods already charged.
• VA services — Fees for completed hours are non-refundable. If you experience a service quality issue, please contact us within 7 days for review and potential service credit.
• Consulting engagements — Governed by individual contracts. Consulting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stipulated in the engagement agreement.
• Franchise program — Franchise fees are governed by the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and individual franchise agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OsirisJ services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or OsirisJ staff
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Scrape or automatically collect data from our platform without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on OsirisJ — including text, graphics, logos, video, audio, course materials, brand assets, and software — is owned by OsirisJ LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the content
• Reproduction, duplication, or copying of materials for redistribution
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar tools to extract data
• Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of a competitor

The "OsirisJ" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of OsirisJ LLC. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OsirisJ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Cost of substitute services

In any case, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to OsirisJ in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@osirisj.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with OsirisJ on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to OsirisJ services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@osirisj.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees except as set out in the Refund Policy above.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and payment obligations — shall survive any termination of these Terms.
